Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
 - Cream the Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (2-3 minutes).
 - Add Wet Ingredients: Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
 - Combine: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
 - Fold in Add-ins: Gently fold in white chocolate chunks and caramel chunks.
 - Shape and Bake: Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough per cookie onto the baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden but the centers remain soft.
 - Decorate: Remove from oven and press assorted chocolate pieces onto each cookie while still warm. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
 - Drizzle: Once cooled, drizzle with a touch of heavy cream for a creamy finish.
