Description

This fun and unexpected Ramen Lasagna is a creative twist on the classic comfort dish. Instead of traditional pasta sheets, you’ll use ramen noodles layered with rich tomato sauce, melted mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. It’s fast, budget-friendly, and surprisingly satisfying.

  • 4 packs of ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 4 cups tomato sauce, divided
  • 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Pro Tip: No need to boil the ramen, just layer them dry. The sauce softens them in the oven.


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Set to 350°F. Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish and place it on a baking sheet.
  2. Prepare noodles: Break each ramen block in half for easier layering.
  3. First layer: Place half the noodles in the dish. Cover with 2 cups tomato sauce, 1 cup Parmesan, and 1 cup mozzarella.
  4. Second layer: Add the remaining ramen. Top with the rest of the tomato sauce, Parmesan, and mozzarella.
  5. Bake uncovered: 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling.
