Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Slice chicken, bell peppers, and onion. Toss in a large bowl with olive oil and all the spices.
- Optional: Mix in any extras like corn, black beans, salsa, or cooked rice.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish. Add spoonfuls of cream cheese and sour cream across the top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the entire dish.
