Instructions

  1. Make the Oreo Crust: Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a blender or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin. In a large bowl, combine the crumbs with melted butter, stirring until well mixed. Press the mixture firmly into a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Cheesecake Layer: In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer. Add milk and sugar, mixing until fully combined. Spread evenly over the Oreo crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
  3. Make the Chocolate Pudding Layer: In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until the mixture thickens. Spread evenly over the cream cheese layer. Chill for 1 hour to set.
  4. Add the Topping: Spread Cool Whip evenly over the pudding layer and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
