For the Chocolate Pudding Layer:
- 2 (8-ounce) boxes instant chocolate pudding
 - 3¼ cups whole milk
 
For the Topping:
- 12 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
 - ½ cup mini chocolate chips
 
Instructions
- Make the Oreo Crust: Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a blender or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin. In a large bowl, combine the crumbs with melted butter, stirring until well mixed. Press the mixture firmly into a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
 - Prepare the Cheesecake Layer: In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer. Add milk and sugar, mixing until fully combined. Spread evenly over the Oreo crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
 - Make the Chocolate Pudding Layer: In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until the mixture thickens. Spread evenly over the cream cheese layer. Chill for 1 hour to set.
 - Add the Topping: Spread Cool Whip evenly over the pudding layer and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
 - Chill & Serve: Cover with foil or plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hour before slicing. Serve chilled and enjoy this creamy, chocolatey delight!
