Instructions
- Preheat oven: Set to 375°F and grease a medium-sized baking dish.
 - Cook the potatoes: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium. Add chopped potatoes and ¼ cup water. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 5-10 minutes until just tender. Transfer to baking dish.
 - Brown the beef: In the same skillet, cook ground beef and onions until browned and soft. Drain grease. Stir in mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
 - Combine and bake: Mix beef with potatoes in the baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.

 - Add toppings and serve: Remove foil. Drizzle with Big Mac sauce and sprinkle with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle chips. Serve warm.

Notes
- Extra crispy? Broil the casserole for 2–3 minutes after baking for a golden top.
 - Meat swap: Use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
 - Make more sauce: It’s great on sandwiches, burgers, or for dipping fries!
